We are aware of the importance of ensuring the security of the information and – in some cases – the documents entrusted to us.

We strive to eliminate even the smallest risk resulting from data administration. That is why we have implemented strict data protection procedures. It is worth noting that any third parties have absolutely no access to the files storage.

They are stored in a building to which people who are not authorized employees of Wilford Bay are not allowed – we meet clients and business partners elsewhere.

We have implemented additional security procedures. It is not possible to provide information to third parties – including institutions, employers, employees or even members of the immediate family – without a clear authorisation from the person entrusting us with the data.

We work with an official professionally dealing with the protection of sensitive data who constantly monitors our procedures in this area and their application.

All data and documents entrusted to us are safe.
